1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Terme Olimia website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email
• Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of booking
• You must provide accurate and complete information

2.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT
• Additional taxes or tourist fees may apply and will be charged separately

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
• Cancellations within 48 hours: charge of one night's accommodation
• No-shows: full booking amount charged

Non-Refundable Rate:

• Payment is non-refundable
• No modifications or cancellations allowed
• No refunds for early departure or no-shows

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Valid identification required for all guests at check-in
• Credit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Conduct

Guests must:

• Respect other guests and staff
• Comply with facility rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not cause damage to property
• Not disturb other guests (quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

4.2 Liability for Damages

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or facilities during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

5. Children and Additional Guests

• Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
• Additional charges apply for extra guests
• Cribs and extra beds available upon request (additional charges may apply)

6. Wellness and Spa Services

• Advance booking recommended for treatments
• Cancellation of spa treatments required 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur charges
• Health questionnaires may be required before certain treatments
• Access to thermal areas may be restricted by age

7. Pets

• Pets allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms
• Additional cleaning fee applies
• Pets must be supervised at all times
• Service animals always welcome
• Pet policy must be confirmed at time of booking

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Use of facilities is at your own risk
• We recommend travel insurance for all bookings
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking
• We are not liable for third-party services booked through us

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Terme Olimia Group and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

12. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of significant changes affecting confirmed bookings.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Slovenian law. We encourage guests to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
